Refund Policy

Video packs are one-time purchases. This policy explains when you get credits back and when you can get your money back. Contact: support@burningbridgesdrakeai.org.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Problems with a finished video

If something is wrong with a finished video — for example the file does not play, it is much shorter than 15 seconds, or your subject does not appear — contact support within 7 days of delivery with the task ID. We will review it and return the credits for a defective video.

Unused packs

You can request a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe and is the amount you paid minus Stripe's payment processing fee, which Stripe does not return to us and is not refundable.

Not refundable

• Videos that generated correctly but are not to your taste. AI results vary, so check the photo tips before you create.
• Credits that have already been used, or that have expired 12 months after purchase.

Email support@burningbridgesdrakeai.org from your account email with the purchase date and, for a video, the task ID.
