## What happens next

- We review every report.
- When a report is valid, we delete the matching videos stored in our system and may suspend the account that made them.
- Videos are stored privately and are not published by us. If a copy was posted on another platform, report it to that platform too; we cannot remove content hosted elsewhere.

## What we collect

- **Account:** your email address, name and an encrypted password, used to sign you in and keep your videos and credits.
- **Your photo:** the single photo you upload to create a video.
- **Generated videos:** the videos created for your account.
- **Purchases and credits:** order records (pack, amount, date, status) and your credit balance. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and never reach our servers.
- **Usage data:** pages visited and basic device information, collected through Google Analytics.

## How your photo is used

Your photo is used only to create the video you request. When you start a generation, it is sent with our built-in reference scene and prompt to our AI video generation provider, which processes it to produce your video under its own terms. Once the request has been submitted, we remove the photo data from our task records. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

## Where your videos are kept

Finished videos are stored privately and linked to your account. Only you can play or download them when signed in. We do not publish your videos or show them in a public gallery. Videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.

## Service providers

We share data only as needed to run the service:

- **Cloudflare** — hosting, database and video storage.
- **Our AI video generation provider** — receives your photo to create the video.
- **Stripe** — payment processing.
- **Google Analytics** — anonymous usage statistics.

## Cookies

We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language, plus Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. See your browser settings to block or clear cookies; blocking sign-in cookies will stop you from using your account.

## Your choices

- **Delete videos or your account:** email [support@burningbridgesdrakeai.org](mailto:support@burningbridgesdrakeai.org) from your account email. We delete the requested videos and account data, except purchase records we must keep for tax and accounting.
- **Access or correct your data:** email us with your request.

## Children

## The service

Burning Bridges Drake AI creates a 15-second 16:9 AI video from one photo you upload, using a built-in party-scene reference and prompt. Results are generated by AI: faces, hands, clothing and movement can vary, and an exact likeness or an exact copy of any existing clip is not guaranteed.

## Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy credits. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

## Your photos and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, of adults who have agreed to be in the video, or of pets and characters you have the right to use. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos. Uploads must follow the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://burningbridgesdrakeai.org/acceptable-use).

## Credits and video packs

- Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription: 1 video for $5.99 (2 credits), 3 videos for $14.99 (6 credits), 10 videos for $39.99 (20 credits).
- A 720p video uses 2 credits and a 1080p video uses 3.
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Refunds follow the [Refund Policy](https://burningbridgesdrakeai.org/refund-policy).

## Generated videos

You may download and share videos made from your own photos for personal and social use, subject to these terms and the rules of the platforms you post on. The reference scene's audio track is included; some platforms may mute or flag music, and you are responsible for complying with their rules.

## Independence

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Drake, OVO, Republic Records or their representatives.

## Suspension

We may refuse requests, remove videos or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

## Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

## Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

## Problems with a finished video

If something is wrong with a finished video — for example the file does not play, it is much shorter than 15 seconds, or your subject does not appear — contact support within 7 days of delivery with the task ID. We will review it and return the credits for a defective video.

## Unused packs

You can request a refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe and is the amount you paid **minus Stripe's payment processing fee**, which Stripe does not return to us and is not refundable.

## Not refundable

- Videos that generated correctly but are not to your taste. AI results vary, so check the [photo tips](https://burningbridgesdrakeai.org/how-to-make-burning-bridges-ai-video#photo-tips) before you create.
- Credits that have already been used, or that have expired 12 months after purchase.

Burning Bridges Drake AI is for fun, consensual videos. These rules apply to every photo you upload and every video you create.

## Allowed

- Photos of yourself.
- Photos of adults who have agreed to be in the video.
- Photos of your pets, and of characters or artwork you have the right to use.

## Not allowed

- Photos of anyone under 18.
- Photos of anyone who has not agreed, including strangers, celebrities and public figures.
- Sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content.
- Videos made to harass, bully, threaten or humiliate someone.
- Videos used to deceive people, impersonate someone or spread false information, including presenting the video as real footage or as an official Drake release.
- Content that infringes someone else's rights.

## Enforcement
